“I have always been a person that liked to keep fit but it is only in the last 15 months since training with Kev that I have noticed any change to my body. Not only have I lost weight but my whole body shape has changed. Stressing over pounds, and counting calories had been daily routine for me but when I met Kev, he emphasised the importance of measuring body fat rather than total weight. Kev creates personalised diets and workouts plans for each of his clients and is genuinely dedicated and interested in seeing them succeed in reaching their goals. I have done a lot of exercise classes ( from TRX to boxfit) over the years and I can honestly say the only benefit I have ever seen is from Kev’s classes and PT sessions. Boot Camp numbers are kept to a minimum to ensure we all get the same attention and are doing each exercise the correct way and achieve its full benefit. Kev pays attention, encourages his clients and ensures that everyone is made feel comfortable in everything they do! Kev has really made health and fitness a way of life for me. It has given me a healthy body and mind. Cannot say enough about this guy as a PT and trainer.”
