1) How our groups are set up:
a) Most groups are transformation based (based solely on an aesthetic outcome). Our groups focus on changing not just the way you look, but they way you view food, training and we also teach you how to balance your meals and make your food fit your lifestyle.
b) We cap the number in our groups. You will never see 40 people in a group here. We like small groups so that we can make sure that everyone is training properly, eating the right foods and enjoying the sessions.
2) We don’t believe in an end date. Our groups continue year round, in 4 week cycles. It’s not 6 weeks or 12 weeks and no sign up date. You don’t have to wait weeks to join. The sooner you start your journey the better.
3) We don’t give out strict diets that are the same for everyone. How you eat is based on numerous factors not just the fact that you want to improve your physique. How you eat is dictated by your environment, upbringing, lifestyle, job, hobbies, and social circles. We provide you with the tools to make your diet healthier without changing the way you live.
4) We don’t expect you to put your life on hold until you reach your goal. Being healthy does require some sacrifices. It does require you to give up some treats and it requires you to get sweaty and put the effort in but it does not require you to become a lettuce loving hermit. If you can’t enjoy your life whilst changing it for the better you will associate healthy living with negativity. When you develop a negative view of something it is very hard to motivate yourself to do it.
5) We don’t run your body into the ground. We understand when the body needs a rest. It’s not all about going 100% and a million miles per hour in the gym. Our programmes are designed in such a way that you get a tough workout but you never run the body into the ground. If you aren’t recovering from your training you will find it hard to train at the same intensity each week.
